About
I lead technical delivery for AI-enabled products, with a telecommunications-engineering background. At Zvuk I lead a 12-person team that has shipped AI music and audio products, and I have delivered major web releases. I also build delivery analytics and specification tools that help product and engineering teams start work with clear requirements and current delivery data.
Experience
Founder & Product Engineer
Own product and engineering for studio software. Main project is Zidans Global, an international e-commerce platform for premium dancewear — localised English/Russian storefront, catalog, cart, checkout, wholesale, customer accounts, and administration. Mesa is a multilingual digital menu platform for restaurants, with translation, allergen tagging, and analytics.
Lead Project Manager
Lead product delivery across web, mobile, and desktop surfaces, coordinating product, engineering, design, QA, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders. Lead delivery for a 12-person cross-functional team that has shipped five AI music and audio products: Single, Recup, The Atlas of Music Taste, LLM Onboarding, and Asterisk. Built a delivery-metrics service that gives PMs and engineering leads one current view of delivery health, replacing manual reporting across several tools. Designed and integrated Specord, a Git-native system that keeps product knowledge current from discovery through delivery, so people and coding agents share the same versioned context.
Project Manager
Started in transport-network planning and took on a Project Manager role for the final two years, coordinating solution planning and delivery with engineering teams. Led solution planning and delivery coordination for an internal network orchestration and inventory MVP. Set a regular planning and maintenance cadence for network design, with shared tracking for engineers and technical stakeholders.
Senior Engineer
Planned and optimised telecom transport networks, and built internal tools to speed routine engineering work.
